Con decreto del 24 giugno 2015, il Tribunale di Reggio Emilia ha affrontato la tematica relativa alle modalità e alle tempistiche di pagamento nella procedura concordataria delle somme spettanti ad un creditore, che sia tale in forza di un provvedimento esecutivo non ancora definitivo (il c.d. creditore contestato).
