Il 4 luglio 2017 è entrato in vigore il d.lgs. 25 maggio 2017 n. 90, in attuazione della Direttiva UE 849/2015 in materia di prevenzione dell'uso del sistema finanziario a scopo di riciclaggio dei proventi di attività criminose e di finanziamento del terrorismo.
