FABBRICATI COLLABENTI, SENZA IMU LO CHIARISCE IL MEF

Con risoluzione n. 4/DF del 16/11/2023 il Dipartimento Fiscale del MEF ha chiarito che l’IMU non è dovuta per le unità di categoria catastale F/2 (c.d. fabbricati collabenti).
