In data 15.12.2023 è stato pubblicato nella GUUE il Regolamento delegato (UE) 2023/2616 che sostituisce l’allegato I del regolamento (UE) 2021/821 del Parlamento europeo e del Consiglio che contiene l’elenco dei prodotti a duplice uso.
