Con circolare n. 18 del 17/09/2024 l'Agenzia delle Entrate ha fornito chiarimenti in merito alla disciplina del Concordato Preventivo Biennale (CPB) il cui primo appuntamento, com’è noto, è in scadenza per fine ottobre in concomitanza con la presentazione della dichiarazione redditi relativa al 2023.
