Per le cessioni intracomunitarie con resa in partenza (Exw e simili) il fisco “pretende” che l’arrivo a destino dei beni si concretizzi entro 90 giorni dalla consegna. Questa una delle novità di maggiore impatto introdotte dal decreto sanzioni (d.Lgs n. 87/2024) con cui il legislatore ha valutato di estendere alle suddette cessioni l’impianto sanzionatorio già previsto per le c.d. esportazioni improprie.
