LE RECENTI MODIFICHE ALLE TUTELE PER LA GENITORIALITÀ

Il 29 luglio 2022 è stato pubblicato il Decreto Legislativo 30 giugno 2022, n. 105, con il quale vengono introdotte nuove tutele per la genitorialità e vengono recepite le novità contenute nella direttiva UE n. 2019/1158 in materia di work-life balance1 per i genitori e prestatori di assistenza.
